This menu is used to modify the valve(s), copy the valve record, update the other related parameters of the valve and so on. The options in this menu are discussed next.

Modify: This option is used to modify the valve selected in the Valve Manager. On clicking this option, the Valve dialog is displayed. You can change different valve parameters using this dialog. This dialog has been discussed earlier in detail.

Copy: This option is used to copy the selected valve record to the required project and customer.

Delete: This option is used to delete the selected valve(s).

Search/Sort: This option is used to search and sort valves based on specific parameters.

Alter Spec: This option is used to change the attribute values of a specified product within a valve, actuator and positioner.

Renumber Page Numbers: This option is used to renumber the page number of the selected valve to the page number specified. On clicking this option, the Renumber Page Numbers dialog is displayed. Enter the desired page number in the Starting Page Number edit box of this dialog to renumber the selected valve. If you select the Renumber Line Numbers Also check box, the line number of the selected valve is also changed. You can notice these changes in the valve record of the Valve Manager.

Renumber Serial Numbers: This option is used to update the serial number of selected valve that are imported from the non-Oracle environment users. In case of these users, the serial number are not set properly and this option recalculates the serial number. For Oracle users, the serial numbers are updated automatically.

Update Industry / Process: The Update Industry / Process option allows the user to bulk update these fields based off what the project settings are.

Update Quote Date: This option is used to update the quote date of the valve. On clicking this option, the Update Quote Date dialog is displayed. Click the Select button on right of the Date edit box; the Select Date dialog is displayed. Select the desired date from this dialog and click OK; the selected date is displayed in the Date edit box of the Update Quote Date dialog. Next, click OK to accept the new date. You can notice the quote date change in the Valve Manager.

Update MFR Site: This option is used to update the manufacturing site of the valve.

Update Dest Site: This option is used to update the destination site of the valve.

Increment Revision: This option is used to increase the revision number of the valve.
