The Performance! Request Tracker was started in September 2004. Because of the incessant growth of the Performance! Software complexity, it was not possible any more to manage features, issues and requests without some global tool. This tool is available worldwide and not only for Flowserve associates.
Reporting a bug takes few lines to write and about 1 minute time.
