Move Performance! Installation
In case of a new computer you will have to Move Performance! installation from the old computer to the new one.
This installtion must no be used to duplicate a Performance! installation.
Both databases will be corrupted.
- PRIOR TO DO ANYTHING ELSE Contact us
- New Computer: Run the Full Stand-Alone Installation
- New Computer: Delete the unique file located inside c:\perform\database\ folder (use the network a USB drive or burn a CD)
- Old Computer: Copy the whole c:\perform\database folder to the new computer at the same location
- New Computer: Start performance! if everything OK go to the next step - if Performance! can't start : Contact us and STOP HERE the process.
- Old Computer: At this point do not start Performance! this will permanently damage the database on both computer.
- Old Computer: Remove Performance!
