Move Performance! Installation
In case of a new computer, you need to move Performance! installation from the old computer to the new one.
This installtion must no be used to duplicate a Performance! installation. Both databases will be corrupted.
- PRIOR TO DO ANYTHING, Contact us
We will provide you the link for downloading the Repair tool. - Close Performance in old Computer.
- Copy entire C:\perform folder from old computer to new computer in c drive, c:\perform (use the network a USB drive or burn a CD)
- Once you get the email with the link mentioned from Performance! HelpDesk, run the Repair tool on new computer. It will move the Performance! from old computer with all your data to new computer.
Once Performance! is working properly in new computer, immediately remove the same application in old computer.
