Uninstall or Remove Performance!

Stand-Alone Versions Only

If your copy of Performance! is simply malfonctionning, please Contact us prior to try to uninstall/re-install Performance!
You won't be able to re-install Performance! by yourself, the serial number can only be installed once. The built-in security prohibits reinstallation.

But if you really want to clean your computer from any version of Performance! please follow instructions below.

Before to continue: Did you backup your existing Valves ?

Remove from MS Windows Control Panel

Go to your MS Windows Control Panel, double click on 'Add/Remove Software' icon, Look for any

Performance! 9…

Performace! 10…

entries and click on Detele button.

Performance! 9 unsintall procedure will normally backup your database (may require administrator privileges)

Performance! 10 uninstall will normally keep the c:\perform\database directory (default installation)

Remove remaining files

default files location:

C:\perform

C:\perform\Database

C:\perform\Drawings

C:\perform\Doc

C:\perform\Replication

C:\perform\ReportBuilder

C:\perform\sybase

Simply delete C:\perform and all remaing subfolders.

Delete the 'Performance' key if exixts
