Stand-Alone Versions Only

If your copy of Performance! is simply malfunctioning, please Contact us prior to try to uninstall/re-install Performance!
You won't be able to re-install Performance! by yourself. The serial number can only be installed once. The built-in security prohibits reinstallation.

But if you really want to clean your computer from any version of Performance! please follow the instructions given below:

Remove from MS Windows Control Panel

Go to your MS Windows Control Panel and then double-click on Add/Remove Software ico. Look for any

entries and click on Detele button.

Performance! 9 unsintall procedure will normally backup your database (may require administrator privileges). Performance! 10 uninstall will normally keep the c:\perform\database directory (default installation)

Remove remaining files

Default files location:

C:\perform

C:\perform\Database

C:\perform\Drawings

C:\perform\Doc

C:\perform\Replication

C:\perform\ReportBuilder

C:\perform\sybase

Simply delete C:\perform and all remaining subfolders.
