FAQ - Price Activation

The Price button or option is available only to the users who are supplied with the Activation and Prices Codes. These codes are only provided by the Flowserve sales support for external users or by the local Sales Manager for Flowserve employees. As a regular practice, helpdesk sends the Activation and Prices Codes on quarterly basis to these users. However, if these users do not receive these codes, they need to contact Performance! helpdesk. Once you get the activation codes, click Configure > Access Codes and then enter the codes and process the activation codes. Next, close Performance! application and restart the application. This time you will see the Price button activated on your Perforamcne! screen. For more info, please visit Configure menu.
