Double click on this Icon located on the MS Windows desktop:

Select the correct Data Source Name (link to the Database):

On Stand-Alone Version it's : Perform_LocalXX.

Where XX is the performance version

On Client version it depends on the ODBC Setting, but it's usually Perform_Net or Perform_Network or XXX_performance.

Where XXX is the Flowserve site code
